Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in daily general accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Handle data entry and ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented in the system.
  • Assist in the organization, filing, and maintenance of physical and digital financial documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial workflows during the 4-5 month relief period.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar general accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and standard financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in standard accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
