As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of invoices, managing payments, and maintaining up-to-date financial documentation. You will play a vital role in assisting with monthly audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner to ensure vendor satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
- Organize and file financial documents for internal audits and external reviews.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or errors immediately.
- Support the accounting team with data entry and general clerical tasks.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with Philippine tax laws and insurance cooperative operations is a plus.
