Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc is looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Assistant – Revenue to join our finance team in Taguig City. In this role you will be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents of billing statements and all sales transactions, ensuring our revenue processes run smoothly and comply with internal controls.
You’ll work closely with the accounting department to reconcile accounts, process invoices, and maintain up‑to‑date financial records. Your contributions will directly impact the integrity of our sales data and help drive strategic decisions across the business.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify billing statements and sales invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile daily revenue transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized supporting documentation for all sales activities, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end close processes, including preparation of accruals and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve billing workflows and implement best practices.
- Generate financial reports and ad‑hoc analysis to support management decision‑making.
Kualifikasi
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or revenue accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
