Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual budget preparation and forecasting processes
- Conduct sales and costing analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy and completeness
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain and update accounting records using financial software
- Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and documentation
- Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
