Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure absolute financial accuracy.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior accounting staff to promote professional growth and team efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company financial policies.
- Assist management in the annual budgeting process and internal audit preparations.
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting workflows to optimize data processing and financial reporting speed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within an accounting department.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with cross-departmental stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
