- Accurately process commissions, incentives, and service fees for licensed agents and brokers
- Maintain detailed financial records and documentation for all transactions
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in commission calculations
- Prepare and submit monthly commission payment reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to verify incentive eligibility
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
- Support audit processes with accurate documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial processing
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Knowledge of commission structures and incentive programs
