Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain a systematic and accurate record of all daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction records against source documents.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with government regulatory requirements and tax filings.
- Monitor and analyze the company's financial position to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and digital records.
- Support the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation as requested.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in financial data.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
