Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and statements.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws (BIR) and company financial regulations.
- Support the finance department with audits and special projects.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize cash flow and budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
