R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is looking for a driven and diligent Accounting Associate to join our finance team in Makati City. As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for supporting critical financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial data, and contributing to strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.
Your day-to-day activities will include preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. You will also help prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses that guide management decisions. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential to excel in this fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and audits
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Monitor and review accounting transactions for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–1 year of experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in Makati City and adapt to a dynamic environment
