Kilton Motor Corporation is currently seeking a highly motivated Accounting Associate to join our dynamic finance team in Carmona, Cavite. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, supporting our daily accounting processes, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and processing of financial transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and receivable records to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage bank reconciliations and verify transaction records against company ledger.
- Monitor and process employee reimbursements and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate audit requirements and compliance checks.
- Perform other financial duties and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Carmona, Cavite.
