We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven accounting professional to gain invaluable experience in an international setting. You will be instrumental in building the financial infrastructure of our Philippine operations, working directly with senior leadership and our international finance team.
In this role, you will manage full-cycle accounting duties, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. You will ensure strict compliance with BIR regulations and PFRS standards. Your analytical skills will be utilized in preparing financial reports and variance analyses that inform key business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP, AR, and general ledger entries.
- Perform accurate monthly bank reconciliations and account analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, including preparation and filing of required tax returns (VAT, EWT, Income Tax).
- Maintain fixed asset records and calculate depreciation schedules.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by providing timely and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with international colleagues to ensure smooth intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of financial policies and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related financial discipline.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or audit setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Solid understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards, PFRS, and BIR tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
