Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions with precision.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other internal analyses.
- Support treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring, bank liaison, and fund management.
- Efficiently handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring prompt payments and collections.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, accounting standards (e.g., PFRS), and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing, computation of statutory contributions, and related documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related business field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Office Suite skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and local tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
