In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the company by managing day-to-day financial operations.
As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records through meticulous bookkeeping and reconciliation. You will manage the flow of funds through accounts payable and receivable, process payroll for our employees, and assist in preparing essential financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable by verifying invoices, processing payments, and maintaining vendor records.
- Handle accounts receivable activities, including invoicing clients and tracking outstanding payments.
- Execute payroll processing, ensuring all deductions and statutory contributions are calculated correctly.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents and receipts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
