Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget summaries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Process employee payroll and monitor statutory contributions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local BIR regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Support year-end audit processes and provide documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
