Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for various accounts
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Support the senior accounting team in financial reporting and analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Participate in internal audits and provide necessary documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in general accounting functions
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and tax regulations
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
