Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements
- Perform reconciliations for accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger accounts
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
- Monitor compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of GAAP and Philippine accounting standards
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
