Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts on a daily basis.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and summaries.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant Philippine tax regulations (BIR).
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures and journal entries.
- Assist internal and external auditors during the audit process as required.
- Manage and organize financial documentation and filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Familiarity with Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
