Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts with meticulous accuracy
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare expense reports and manage vendor invoice processing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Knowledge of GAAP and local tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
