Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collection activities
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies through detailed investigation
- Assist in internal and external audits by maintaining organized financial documentation
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with departments to analyze budget variances and provide financial insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounting or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
