Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial reports and statements to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare comprehensive variance analysis comparing budgeted vs. actual performance
- Support process optimization initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with Finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliation processes
- Contribute to budget preparation and forecasting activities
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting experience or internship in similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
