Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns in accordance with local regulations.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive tax documentation and financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Provide support during internal and external financial audits.
- Monitor tax law updates and ensure the company remains compliant with changes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data for tax computation.
- Assist with general bookkeeping and financial administrative tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax compliance is preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations is a distinct advantage.
