We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join the dynamic Finance team at Wright Park Hotel. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Finance Manager in directing the financial activities of the Hotel, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial records. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the fiscal health of our establishment, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality services. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Finance Manager in the daily oversight and direction of the hotel's financial operations and accounting procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Monitor and control the hotel's inventory levels, performing regular physical counts and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual payroll processing and tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
- Review and verify invoices, contracts, and expense reports for accuracy and authorization.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure all documentation is stored securely and in compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with hotel management accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and general ledger software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules as required by hotel operations.
