- Support daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process financial transactions with precision and timeliness
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial data
- Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
