Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial data
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in English
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
