Join Conduent and play a pivotal role in supporting the Order to Cash (OTC) processes for the China region. We are looking for a highly organized Accounting Associate to manage invoicing, cash allocation, and handle sector-related inquiries with precision. This 6-month contract position offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic multinational environment and gain valuable experience in cross-border finance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the China region, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Handle invoicing and billing activities, resolving any discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Perform daily cash allocation and reconciliation tasks to maintain financial integrity.
- Address and resolve sector-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize accounting workflows and procedures.
- Assist in month-end and period-end closing activities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Mandarin language proficiency is essential for communicating with the China region.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash processes is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
