Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, approval tracking, and timely payment scheduling.
- Perform daily treasury functions, including monitoring bank balances, managing petty cash, and preparing daily cash position reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and process check vouchers and electronic fund transfers, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all AP-related documents and financial records for audit readiness.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth transaction flows.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven work experience in Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and taxation requirements (BIR compliance).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
