Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and track project funds, ensuring disbursements are made in accordance with approved budgets.
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time to maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents, contracts, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with the month-end closing process and financial audit preparations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to forecast project budgets and monitor spending.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within an agency or operations setting.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies in financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
