Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow statements to ensure accuracy.
- Handle tax filing requirements, including BIR compliance and local government remittances.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and vouchers for audit readiness.
- Support the finance team in monthly closing processes and internal reporting.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; CPA board passers are a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight financial deadlines.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
