The SM Store is currently seeking a dedicated Accounting Associate to join our team at our Nuvali branch. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our business unit by ensuring accurate and timely recording of all daily transactions.

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform timely recording, reconciliation, and reporting of daily financial transactions of the branch.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Verify and process invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to work in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
