Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process payroll and maintain employee compensation records
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Monitor expense reports and reimbursements for adherence to policies
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for departmental heads
- Maintain organized financial documentation in compliance with audit standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in financial tasks
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred
