Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to grow your career with a premier property management firm? Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Accounting Associate - Receivables to join our team at the 8 Spatial Davao development. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accurate billing and efficient collection processes to maintain the high standards of our property management services.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end receivables lifecycle, from generating Statements of Account (SOA) to coordinating with unit owners and tenants. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and maintains a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, verify, and distribute accurate Statements of Account (SOA) to all unit owners and tenants in a timely manner.
  • Manage the end-to-end collection process, including follow-ups on outstanding dues and monitoring payment statuses.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and ensure all payments are accurately posted against the correct accounts.
  • Coordinate closely with property management teams to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and aging summaries for management review.
  • Maintain systematic and organized filing systems for all financial documentation and tenant correspondence.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process as it pertains to receivables and cash receipts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of property management accounting processes is a significant advantage.
