Tanggung Jawab
- Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions including invoice verification and payment scheduling
- Manage electronic payment systems to ensure timely vendor disbursements
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Support general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of e-payment systems and electronic fund transfers
