Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.
- Perform detailed sales analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments effectively.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile accounts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain the general ledger and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Sound knowledge of invoicing, collections, and auditing principles.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
