- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Participate in the financial close process and reporting activities
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Learn and apply accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Utilize financial systems and tools for data analysis and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Recent graduate with less than 1 year of professional experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
