Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end back-office operations including accounting, payroll, and administrative functions
- Manage financial reporting, budget preparation, and compliance with accounting standards
- Act as primary liaison for Japanese stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving operational issues
- Lead and develop the back-office team, establishing performance metrics and training programs
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure timely payment processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and conduct internal audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and back-office management
- JLPT N2 certification or equivalent Japanese language proficiency
- Strong expertise in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Proven track record of managing teams and cross-functional projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Deep understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Japanese
