Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor relationships
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Handle payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Monitor cash flow and prepare budget variance reports
- Assist with internal audits and financial documentation
- Implement and maintain accounting controls and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience in hospitality industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero) and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
