Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage the annual company budget and quarterly financial forecasts.
- Perform daily cost tracking and monitor departmental spending against established budgets.
- Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure accurate recording of project-related costs.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget performance reviews.
- Develop and implement internal control procedures to improve cost-efficiency and minimize financial waste.
- Support the finance department during internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in budget management, cost accounting, or financial planning.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders within the company.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
