Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data and operational workflows to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain complex financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics to track business performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional accounting system specifications.
- Perform variance analysis and trend modeling to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all financial systems and reporting platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert for accounting software and ERP system enhancements.
- Prepare regular financial presentations and briefings for departmental leadership.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes through quantitative modeling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or business systems analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CBAP is a distinct advantage.
