Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated financial dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Bridge the gap between accounting data and executive decision-making through clear, concise financial insights.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies across financial systems.
- Translate complex financial requirements into technical specifications for report development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business growth and operational health.
- Streamline financial reporting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting or Financial Analyst capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and DAX scripting is essential.
- Strong grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial forecasting.
- Exceptional data modeling, cleaning, and visualization skills (Excel mastery is a must).
- Proven ability to work independently in a full-time remote/WFH environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
