Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily supplier payments accurately via online banking platforms.
- Manage the preparation and issuance of company cheques, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
- Handle cash disbursements and maintain an accurate petty cash fund.
- Reconcile daily transactions and ensure all financial records are updated in the accounting system.
- Coordinate with the finance department to resolve payment discrepancies or vendor inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and track accounts payable aging to ensure timely settlements.
- Uphold company financial policies and compliance standards in all daily tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Cashier, Accounts Payable Clerk, or similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in using online banking systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero).
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict daily deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple payment tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig City.
