TTLIM Engineering is currently looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to join our growing finance team in Simpang Ampat, Penang. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring entries are correct and balanced.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including preparation of trial balances.
  • Generate financial reports such as profit & loss, balance sheet, and expense summaries.
  • Support the audit process by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in bookkeeping or an accounting support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations (GST, income tax) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks.
