Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update general ledgers and financial records using accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies found.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget analysis.
- Prepare and distribute invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Perform routine clerical tasks, including filing and data entry, to ensure organized records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables and formulas).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a professional work ethic.
