Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer accounts and payments to ensure timely collection and resolution of outstanding balances.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing and issuing invoices, ensuring all billing records are up to date.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Maintain organized and secure filing systems for all billing, sales, and financial documents.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by compiling necessary reports.
  • Perform general clerical accounting tasks as needed to support the finance department.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or clerical role.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and Philippine financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
