Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts and payments to ensure timely collection and resolution of outstanding balances.
- Assist the sales team with preparing and issuing invoices, ensuring all billing records are up to date.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems for all billing, sales, and financial documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by compiling necessary reports.
- Perform general clerical accounting tasks as needed to support the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or clerical role.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and Philippine financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
