Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage employee payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws
- Support month-end closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience with payroll processing
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and labor laws
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication and organizational skills
