Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries as required by management.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including vendor payments and client billings.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related business field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) as an Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper, or in a similar financial role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
