Tanggung Jawab
- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform daily data entry into the accounting system with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash logs and ensure proper documentation for all office expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by organizing financial documents.
- Monitor and track payments and follow up on outstanding accounts when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero).
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
