Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process, verify, and reconcile invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain orderly and up-to-date physical and digital financial records for auditing purposes.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of employee benefits and salaries.
- Monitor account discrepancies and proactively resolve billing issues with clients and vendors.
- Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with local government regulations and reporting requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed to streamline workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as an Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper, or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles and local tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high confidentiality of financial data.
