Our ideal candidate is a graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting Technology with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles. This position offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in various accounting functions while working with a dedicated team of finance professionals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and bank statements
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Handle cash management and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting Technology
- At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
