Tanggung Jawab
- Process and monitor loan applications, ensuring all documentation meets company compliance standards.
- Perform daily data entry for all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile loan accounts and prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing procedures and financial audits.
- Manage client payment tracking and follow up on outstanding loan balances as required.
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems for all financial and loan-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless financial workflows and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
