Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
- Process and monitor loan applications, ensuring all documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes, including billing and collection follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline internal auditing processes.
- Maintain secure and organized physical and digital filing systems for all loan and accounting records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or loan processing roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Philippine financial regulations and lending documentation is a plus.
